The Role We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised B2B Media Activation Executive/Consultant. You will work across 3-5 B2B clients across paid media and sales activation. This is a position for someone who has between 2 to 5 years of experience in media planning, media execution, and ideally sales operations. You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to learn and grow. What You’ll Do Execute media campaigns across a variety of channels: social, programmatic, search, display & video, OOH, print, and content syndication Support sales operations through channels such as email and telemarketing Assist in web operations, including site tagging and tracking Report on and optimise campaigns using Excel or visual dashboards Collaborate with clients, supporting day-to-day communications and requests Liaise with media vendors to plan, execute, and report on campaigns Set up campaigns in lead management platforms and other internal systems Confidently use tools such as Lead Management, Campaign Manager, and reporting dashboards to manage campaigns and results What You’ll Bring 2 to 5 years of experience in media planning, media execution, and ideally sales operations Must have a good understanding of the B2B buyer journey, sales lifecycle, and how media strategies can support demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion across different funnel stages. The Role We are looking to hire a Marketing Science Analyst to join Transmission to help us instrument and analyse cross-channel marketing campaigns to continually optimise and demonstrate success to our clients. Reporting to the Director of Analytics, the individual will need to have a good understanding of marketing tactics and KPIs as well as be proficient in one or more marketing data visualisation tools such as Adverity, Tableau, Datorama, Looker Studio, Google Data Studio, Power BI etc. What You’ll Do Provides actionable overall customer & campaign insights to improve marketing tactics and address key strategic questions. Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analysing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports. Development of multi-channel marketing dashboards & visualisation including management of data streams through ETL / Data connectivity platforms. Analyses external and internal customer data using Data Visualization Tool (Adverity/Tableau/Datorama etc.), database queries (SQL, Access), spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools (Adobe / Omniture / GA4), statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools. Evaluates customers’ online behaviour and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the customer experience. Analyses A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations. Creates BI Dashboards & PowerPoint presentations to provide insights to internal and external stakeholders (clients) What You’ll Bring Expertise in Marketing Science analytics, data analysis, and financial marketing attribution techniques. Solid understanding of Marketing Science strategies and best practices. Working knowledge of media platforms including Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, and 6sense. Skilled in creating visually compelling dashboards to track and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaign performance. Strong analytical thinking combined with sharp business insight. The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Activation Manager to join our Sales Activation team, supporting our growing portfolio of B2B clients across the APAC region. What You’ll Do Provide critical backend support to the Sales Activation team in delivering regional B2B sales enablement programs across multiple clients in APAC.
