Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Officer-Production (Mechanical/Automobile) to join our team at Capital Placement Services. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for production teams.
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate trainee progress and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
Design and deliver customized training sessions for mechanical and automobile production processes.
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members.
Monitor and report on training program effectiveness and ROI.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the employment firm/recruitment services industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and automobile production processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
