Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Officer-Production to join our team at Capital Placement Services. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience in production training.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance production efficiency.
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate trainee progress and provide feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
Design and deliver engaging training sessions using various methods.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in production training with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to design and deliver effective training programs tailored to specific business objectives.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
