Training Faculty

Role & responsibilities

1. Training Design & Delivery

• Develop and conduct technical training modules in civil engineering domains such as:
  
• Structural Design and Analysis
  
• Construction Materials and Techniques
  
• Site Engineering Practices
  
• Project Planning & Management (Primavera/MS Project)
  
• Quality Control & Quality Assurance
  
• Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) practices
  
• Conduct both classroom and on-site sessions using blended learning methods (presentations, case studies, simulations, site visits).
  
• Customize training for different employee levels site engineers, supervisors, junior engineers, and managers.
  

2. Competency Development

• Identify skill gaps through Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  
• Design upskilling and reskilling programs for field engineers, project staff, and technical teams.
  
• Mentor and assess employees to ensure training effectiveness and workplace application.
  

3. Compliance & Standards

• Ensure training aligns with latest industry codes (IS codes, IRC, BIS, etc.), safety norms, and company SOPs.
  
• Integrate best practices in quality assurance, green building concepts, and modern construction technologies.
  

4. Evaluation & Reporting

• Monitor and assess training outcomes through feedback, quizzes, skill tests, and field assessments.
  
• Prepare post-training reports and suggest improvements to the training strategy.
  

5. Collaboration

• Work with project managers, site heads, and quality teams to align training with operational needs.
  
• Coordinate with external experts, vendors, and certifying bodies when needed.
