Job Description

This position will drive capability building and career progression programs through Instructor Led Training, Digital Platform (Lamp) and On Job Coaching for the Store Operations Cadre.

Deliver training 80% through CRT & 20% On the job training

Deliver both soft skills and sales training]
Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements
Develop and implement training programs focused on soft skills
Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and manuals
Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Collaborate with HR and department managers to align training with organizational goals
Monitor and report on participants' progress and training outcomes Preferred Skills & Competencies.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field

Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably in soft skills development
Understand the usage of LMS platform and digital savvy ( Gmeet , Zoom etc., knowledge of usage of AI tools if any
Certifications in training or instructional design are a plus
Train the Trainer certification will be added advantage
Business operations knowledge / Sales experience
•Psychometric and Personality type certifications will add value to the profile.
Multilingual skills English , Hindi , Marathi, Kannada

Need this person to be from science background , pharmacist , microbiologist , biology , zoology . He / she should have also done retail training , behavioral training
