JOB DESCRIPTION COMMUNICATION & PROCESS TRAINER
Job Title: Communication & Process Trainer – Voice Process (Sales/Retention)
Role Overview:
We're hiring a Communication & Process Trainer with 3–5 years of experience in voice-based processes like Sales, Retention, Upselling, Cross-selling, and Pre-sales. The candidate should have prior training experience in BPO or EdTech environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Communication, Soft Skills & Process training for voice teams.• Conduct TNI/TNA & run new hire and refresher batches.• Create SOPs, scripts, assessments & mock call scenarios.• Monitor calls, coach agents, and track training effectiveness.• Collaborate with Ops/QA for performance improvement.Requirements:• 3–5 years as a Communication/Process Trainer in voice process.• Strong exposure to sales/retention-based calling.• Excellent English communication; V&A/Soft Skills certified (preferred).• BPO or EdTech training background is preferred.Location: WFH
Experience: 3–5 YearsIndustry: BPO (Domestic/Intl) / EdTechShift: Rotational shift (ROW &U.S)
