Key Responsibilities of a Trainee Waiter:

• Customer Service: Greeting guests, seating them at tables, and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Order Taking: Assisting with taking accurate food and drink orders from customers.
• Food and Beverage Service: Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Table Maintenance: Ensuring tables are clean, set up correctly, and cleared after service.
• Communication: Communicating effectively with customers, kitchen staff, and other waitstaff.
• Menu Knowledge: Learning about menu items, specials, and ingredients.
• Health and Safety: Adhering to all relevant health department regulations and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
• Upselling: Suggesting additional menu items, drinks, or appetizers to customers.
• Payment Handling: Assisting with processing payments and handling cash transactions.
• General Assistance: Performing various tasks as assigned by supervisors, such as polishing silverware, restocking supplies, and cleaning.
• Teamwork: Working collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Customer Service Skills: Friendly, polite, and attentive to customer needs.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays.

• Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to different situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
