Tosca/Windchill

As a Senior Tosca Automation Engineer / Tosca Test Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience in Automation Testing, including 5+ years specifically in Tosca, your primary responsibility will be to leverage your skills in Windchill PLM functional testing using Tosca. You will be tasked with automating Windchill workflows, validating document lifecycles, and managing Change Management processes such as ECR/ECN. Your expertise in Windchill modules like WTPart, Document Management, Change Management, Promotion Requests, and Workflows will be essential for success in this role. In this position, you will demonstrate your ability to conduct regression testing on both Windchill OOTB functionalities and customizations using Tosca's model-based test cases. Moreover, you will be responsible for validating Windchill-CAD integrations and ensuring smooth interactions with downstream systems. Your role will also involve designing and developing modular, reusable automated test cases following Toscas model-based approach. You will execute distributed test runs using Tosca DEX, monitor results via Execution Lists and Logs, and perform test case parametrization utilizing external data sources and Toscas Test Data Service (TDS). Integration of Tosca with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps will be a core part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to identify and resolve defects is crucial in this role. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing test scripts for scalability and performance, generating detailed test reports, and ensuring compliance with QA standards. Your expertise in Tosca modules including TDS, TDM, Vision AI, API testing, DEX, and AOS will be highly valued. Experience with SAP platforms such as SAPGUI, FIORI, S/4 HANA, SAPCP will be beneficial for this position. Furthermore, familiarity with SQL, Excel manipulation, and test management tools like qTest will be advantageous. Overall, you will lead framework design and contribute to SOP documentation for Tosca automation, showcasing your strong expertise in the field and making significant contributions to the overall testing process.,
