Minor and major Incidents - Investigation, reporting and records. Ensure project safety compliance as per EHS - IMS SOP's. Environment monitoring at CGS plants and site locations.

MDPE jointer qualification for Electrofusion joint

Role & Responsibilities: Planning / scheduling of operation and maintenance activities of in consultation with GA Head as per O&M Manual & AOMP for smooth and safe O&M activities. That includes 1) Patrolling 2) collecting and monitoring of Operating parameters 3) Timely preventive maintenance of CGS / DRS / IMRS / Valve and Valve chambers and pipeline. 4) Calibration of different measuring equipment. Planning and Execution of Shutdown activity for steel network Modification / Extension. Safely handling of any Emergency like NG leakage / Fire / Explosion. Experience required carrying out Hot Tapping on steel network. Timely Reporting the short falls in the deliveries of O&M contractor / emergency situations / break down maintenance etc to the GA Head Ensuring the Quality and Safety of the work being attended by O&M contractor by random visit and by thorough supervision. Ensuring proper documentation Maintaining of shift logbooks regarding critical activities carried out in the day, complaints registering, and compliance to statutory requirements by the contactors and all other documentation required for day to day O&M including odorant filling, LPT tests, AMC and certification of contractor bills. Monitoring of shift schedules of O&M manpower attending shift duties Ensuring optimal utilization of maintenance vehicle / resources in emergency Ensure training of contractor employee by HSE officer and O&M engineer Ensuring that O&M activities carried out by the contractors is in line with Torrent HSE procedures He should ensure the availability of or prepare the written procedure, work instruction and safe practices for all routine maintenance and emergency handling and to ensure that the activities are carried out as per documented procedures, instructions and safe practices. He should be qualified engineer with relevant experience and possess the leadership, qualities, managerial skills, safety consciousness, good listening skill and analytical mind. He should motivate his subordinates for compliance to various requirements of HSSE, by his leadership in the role. He will be responsible for gas reconciliation from purchase to sales He should ensure and execute jobs as per written procedure, work instruction and safe practices. He should make all efforts to ensure incident free operations; He should take all action as per ERP to control / mitigate the consequences, in case of accident, and will assist in accident investigation
