Tools Engineer

The Tools Engineer role at Wipro involves deploying the release of new technologies, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and testing PC/server operating systems, networks, and related utilities and hardware. You will be responsible for troubleshooting problems reported by users, supporting web access and electronic messaging services, and maintaining a secure systems environment. Additionally, you will provide infrastructure solutions based on application needs and anticipated growth, install new servers, and maintain the infrastructure. The ability to work collaboratively with clients and other technical colleagues across all functional areas is essential. You should also possess the skills to diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity problems. Moreover, you will be expected to have enhanced knowledge of production monitoring and the capability to support one or more systems or applications of low to medium complexity with multiple concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity, and accessibility.
