Title Strategic Project Incharge

You will play a crucial role in executing all critical projects related to the Cutting tool business, both new and existing. Your primary responsibilities will include driving Productivity and Quality Improvement Projects & Manufacturing Engineering at CPN & Ancillaries (including Nashik). You will also be leading Capacity Enhancement Projects and ensuring 100% Implementation of Value Streams to maximize productivity and output generation through layout changes. Your role will involve implementing projects using innovative methods to optimize various aspects such as Process Cost, Cycle time, Machine Hour Rates, Labour, Power Cost, and Consumables. You will be responsible for upgrading and modernizing machines with the assistance of external suppliers. It is essential for you to have a strong understanding of quality systems and standards like ISO 9001:2008, QMS, TPM, 5S, IS: 14001, and OHSAS: 18001, along with familiarity with ERP systems like SAP. Furthermore, your expertise in Abrasives or Cutting tools is crucial for the successful execution of new projects, such as Taps/Special Drill expansion. With a minimum educational qualification of B.Tech/ Diploma (Mechanical) and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field, you are expected to bring valuable technical and professional knowledge to the table. Your role will be instrumental in the continuous improvement and growth of the Cutting tool business, making a significant impact on the overall productivity and quality of the projects you oversee.,
