Objective:

Work Location: Remote (Work From Home)

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ Years of experience in Current Owner, Two Owner, Title Full Search & Examining.

• Willingness to work in a remote model with rotational night shifts.

• Familiarity with title search platforms like Data Trace, Data Tree, DTDocs, Title Point, and Title Scan are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrutinizing Recorded Documents:

  Carefully examine recorded trust deeds, contracts, and other legal documents that may impact property titles.

• Locating Relevant Records:

  Locate tax records, judgments, liens, mortgages, and information related to bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings.

• Record Keeping:

  Maintain accurate records of property title information gathered during the title search examination.

• Researching Conditions and Restrictions:

  Thoroughly research any conditions or restrictions that may exist on property titles.

• Summarizing Legal Details:

  Summarize pertinent legal or insurance details for examination, proof, and ready reference by creating Title Commitments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Title Insurance Search/Examination processes.
