Title Principal Engineer

You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in building large scale applications, particularly at startups during their growth phase. It is essential that you have hands-on experience with frontend technologies such as vue.js or react.js, and a strong background with at least one backend framework, preferably express.js. Your expertise should also encompass a deep understanding of programming languages, particularly Javascript and GoLang, enabling you to write maintainable, scalable, and unit-testable code. In addition to your technical skills, you should be proficient in CI/CD and cloud infrastructure management, possess a solid grasp of software design principles and patterns, and demonstrate an excellent command over data structures and algorithms. Your passion for problem-solving should be evident, along with a good understanding of various database technologies and their use cases. Experience in performance monitoring, scaling backend services, microservices, distributed systems, and team management are also key requirements for this role. It would be beneficial if you have worked on products targeting an international audience, as well as products that have scaled to millions of users. Exposure to emerging technologies such as blockchain, bots, AR/VR, and AI/ML would be considered a plus. Your technical skills should include proficiency in MongoDB, Express, NodeJS (Node.js), React.js, Vue.js, Go Programming (Golang), and CI/CD. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must-have for effective collaboration within the team and across various stakeholders.,
