Title MEP (Infrastructure)

You are an experienced Revit MEP BIM Modeller with 3 to 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects. Your primary responsibilities will include creating BIM models up to LOD 450, conducting clash detection for coordination, preparing MEP building services layouts, coordinating with engineers for design drawings, and creating spot details/shop drawings for project clarity. Your role will also involve checking drawings for discrepancies and errors, providing corrections as needed, coordinating MEP drawing with architectural models, creating architectural and structural 3D models based on 2D drawings, and using engineering sizing tools for various components like pipes, ducts, cables, etc. Additionally, you will be responsible for extracting BOQs & schedules for all MEP components. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical field, have a minimum of 3 years of relevant BIM modelling/drawing experience, and be proficient in using software tools like Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and clash detection softwares. Strong engineering background in both mechanical and electrical fields, knowledge of MEP & HVAC system components and their applications, and project experience in GCC countries will be advantageous.
