Description
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in an advertising agency or a related field, along with a Bachelors/Masters degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field. As a Graphic Designer, your main responsibilities will include creating designs, concepts, and layouts based on your expertise in visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography. You will be tasked with ensuring that final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent with the brand tonality. Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to both internal teams and clients will be an integral part of your role. You will be expected to work with various media formats, such as digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc. Staying updated on the latest technologies in design and advertising is crucial. Attending client meetings, communicating with internal teams to understand business objectives, and requirements from a design perspective will be essential. Interpreting the client's business needs to develop suitable concepts, obtaining approval through rough layouts and sketches, and creating design briefs based on thorough information and research will be part of your routine. Thinking creatively to generate new ideas and concepts, maintaining design trackers to monitor your work, and ensuring timely and quality delivery within the defined scope are vital aspects of the role. In terms of skills, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a must. Excellent design and artistic abilities are required, along with knowledge of additional software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc. Time management skills and the ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team environment are highly valued in this position.,
