Ticketing Manager

As a Travel Executive in our company, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining executives" schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Your duties will include handling domestic flight bookings on Amadeus and Portal, re-issuing flight tickets in GDS, and coordinating hotel bookings with the Hotel team from end-to-end. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing group bookings and local travel coordination for domestic locations, as well as processing domestic tickets for refunds and coordinating with accounts to issue credit notes for canceled tickets. To excel in this role, you should possess good verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in computer systems and Galileo GDS is essential. You must also demonstrate good phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to address customer queries effectively. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, night shifts, and Sunday duty is required. Moreover, a solid understanding of world geography, currency exchange rates, spoken languages, and important social norms related to foreign travel is expected. To be considered for this position, you should hold a minimum qualification of HSC and a graduate degree, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the Travel Corporate Background. An IATA certification will be an added advantage.,
