Job Title: Ticketing Executive (Experienced)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Ticketing Executive to join our travel operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing air ticket bookings, handling changes or cancellations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert ticketing and travel solutions. A solid knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and fare construction is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings using GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
· Issue, re-issue, and cancel air tickets based on client requests and airline guidelines.
· Provide clients with flight itineraries, fare quotes, and travel solutions in a timely manner.
· Ensure accurate data entry of booking details and ticketing information.
· Coordinate with airlines for fare rules, seat availability, group bookings, and special service requests.
· Handle refunds, PNR modifications, revalidations, and schedule changes efficiently.
· Monitor airline fare updates, route changes, and promotions.
· Support clients with pre-travel information, including baggage rules, check-in guidelines, and visa requirements if needed.
· Manage ticketing for corporate and leisure clients, ensuring high standards of service.
· Maintain daily reports of ticketing transactions and share updates with the sales or accounts team.
· Assist the sales team with travel planning and customized itineraries.
· Ensure high standards of customer service and quick resolution of complaints or booking issues.
Required Skills & Competencies:
· In-depth knowledge of GDS software (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
· Strong understanding of airfare structures, fare rules, and airline policies.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
· Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and ticketing.
Educational Qualification:
· Graduate (preferably in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Aviation).
· Certification from IATA ticketing courses (preferred).
Working Conditions:
· Full-time, with flexibility in working hours based on client requirements or urgent bookings.
· May require weekend or holiday support for urgent cases.
Salary:
· Based on experience and skills – 15k -35k.
