DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • To perform Therapies/massages with in depth understanding and applicability in a timely, courteous and efficient manner as per the defined procedures and guidelines • Supervise and mentor junior therapists, supporting skill development and service consistency. • Ensure all treatment rooms and spa areas are maintained to the highest hygiene and presentation standards. • Monitor and ensure all therapists adhere to the established standards, ensuring consistency in treatment quality and client satisfaction. • Conduct onboarding, training, and continuous upskilling of spa therapists. • Develop and update training manuals, SOPs, and treatment protocols. • Perform skill assessments and provide constructive feedback to improve therapist performance. • Help in the recruitment of qualified therapists • Resolving day-to-day queries and grievances (if any) of the team
