Role Description The Visual Designer role at The Papaya Project is a senior role reporting to the Founder. The Visual Designer would be involved in multiple areas of work such as - Social Media Website Packaging design Brand collaterals Miscellaneous Qualifications Graphics and Graphic Design skills Experience in creating visually appealing designs Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc). No Canva work please. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Strong attention to detail and creativity. Experience (0 to 4 years) in the skincare or cosmetics industry is a plus. Your profile and/or portfolio on Behance and LinkedIn. With thousands of brands in the market, the skincare industry is super competitive. And visuals play a very important role from a consumer brand perspective. Hence, we are looking for a designer whose visuals can excite and engage our audience. About The Papaya Project The Papaya Project's vision is to bring a smile and life to every face. It aims to develop effective face care products that prioritize safety while caring for the environment. Built on the values of Care, Quality and Integrity, the new brand is planned for a relaunch in August 2025. Please note - This is a Work From Office role. Our office is in Pune.

The role may require active participation and contribution in some or all of the following areas - 1. Market Research - i. Competitor Analysis ii. Setting the right pricing iii. Any other research area as required 2. Social Media - i. Creation of a social media calendar ii. Handling various social media accounts – FB, Insta, YouTube, LinkedIn iii. Coordinating with various stakeholders – Photographer, Designer, Content Writer, etc 3. Website - i. Maintaining the quality of content that is posted ii. Timely review of the overall website iii. Coordinating with designers, content writers, developers, photographers, etc 4. Strategic Partnerships with relevant businesses, salons, spas, hotels, etc 5. Campaigns - Creation and management of campaigns (if any) 6. Influencer marketing - Communication and coordination with influencers (if any) 7. Sales - i. Creation of opportunities for Sales ii. Stock / Inventory management 8. Events - Participation and preparation for events (if any) 9. PR 10. Others – Creation of creatives, posts, videos, etc While several activities have been mentioned above, it is difficult to mention the complete scope of work. Some additional activities will be handed over to you as and when required.
