We are seeking an HR Executive to join our growing ecosystem of trading, investments, and education. This role is pivotal in managing the people operations on our trading floor , ensuring smooth HR processes, and fostering a vibrant, growth-oriented culture within the company. Key Responsibilities People Management Supervise daily attendance, discipline, and decorum on the trading floor. Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy work environment. Ensure proper onboarding & exit formalities. Employee Relations & Culture Plan and execute weekly & monthly employee engagement activities . Organize cultural events, festive celebrations, and team-building programs . Regularly gather feedback to improve workplace satisfaction. Payroll & Administration Maintain employee records: attendance, leaves, and performance metrics. Coordinate monthly salary calculations and payouts . Assist in maintaining HR documentation and compliance. Talent Management Coordinate with hiring teams for new requirements. Manage and streamline the hiring & induction process when needed. Event Management Organize internal events like seminars, workshops, and guest sessions. Collaborate with the social media and branding teams for internal event coverage. Who You Are 1-3 years of HR experience (preferably in startups or dynamic environments). Proactive, approachable, and solution-driven. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities and people-centric tasks. Event planning or people engagement experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities Offline In-House Sales Engage walk-in clients at your premises (co-trading space / academy / events). Pitch and close sales for your courses, memberships, and services. Follow up with offline leads & inquiries. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Content Creation & Social Media Presence Be the face of the brand in videos: reels, YouTube, interviews with clients/visitors. Record and publish consistent social media content aligned with the brand. Host discussions, Q&A sessions, testimonials, interviews, behind-the-scenes. Social Media Management Manage Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, LinkedIn handles. Reply to DMs, comments, and queries. Follow up with leads from social platforms. Regularly track and improve engagement metrics. Brand Positioning & Representation Ensure content and communication align with brand tone and vision. Represent the brand professionally both online and offline. Participate in events, workshops, or public appearances. ✅ Ideal Candidate Profile Fluent & confident communicator in Hindi & English. Smart, presentable, and camera-friendly. Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills. Basic video recording and editing knowledge (or willingness to learn). Social media savvy with a sense of trends and audience engagement. Sales mindset with a focus on closing and relationship building. Self-driven, target-oriented, and creative. ✅ Compensation Structure Suggestion Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (depending on experience & skills). Incentives: Performance-based commission on sales (could be a % or tiered slabs). Bonus: Social media growth bonuses (for follower milestones, engagement metrics).
