Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated TGT English Teacher to join our academic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire and engage students from grades 6 to 10.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English language and literature to middle and high school students.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
• Foster reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in students.
• Maintain a disciplined, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Participate in school activities, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance academic standards and co-curricular learning.

Candidate Requirements:

• Associate Degree required (Bachelor’s or B.Ed. preferred).
• 2 to 3 years of teaching experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English.
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and methods.
