Requirement:

• Define frameworks and tooling strategies for test automation (functional & API) and performance testing.
• Develop accelerators and reusable libraries for common use cases in payment systems.
• Establish best practices for test data management, continuous testing, and self-healing scripts.
• Support SRE teams with synthetic monitoring and automated reliability testing patterns.
• Enable competency upliftment through CoEs, hackathons, and tool evaluations.
• Lead automation strategy and governance for strategic customer programs.

Qualifications for External Candidates

• A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units, senior leaders, associates and clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Strong planning and organizational skills
