Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Tele Counsellor to join our team in Sector 18, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, guiding potential clients, and providing accurate information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain services
Follow-up with leads and ensure timely communication
Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status
Build rapport with clients and offer guidance as per their needs
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with tele-calling and target-driven roles
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar profile (freshers can also apply with good communication skills)
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is a plus
