Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to contribute to generating sales for the company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Call existing and potential customers to inform them about products or services.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain product knowledge to ensure accurate information sharing.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: Fresher or 0–2 years in telesales or customer service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
