Telesales Executive Fresher Job

About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Connect and engage with pre-generated leads via outbound calls (approximately 80-100 calls daily) 2. Reach out to new customers and explain digital marketing services 3. Initiate repeat sales by following up with existing customers over phone calls 4. Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs 5. Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales 6. Achieve sales targets through new customer acquisition and ensure revenue growth from existing customers 7. Adhere to quality standards and processes within defined metrics Requirements: 1. Demonstrate good communication skills 2. Apply active listening skills 3. Show strong convincing skills 4. Exhibit client handling skills 5. Handle stress and rejection while soliciting clients 6. Leverage prior experience in sales, business development, or voice processes (preferred) 7. Provide solution-oriented responses with effective problem-solving skills 8. Utilize knowledge of various online portals as an added advantage
