Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000

Job Description:
RIDHISHA REALTORS PVT. LTD. is looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, following up on inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships for our real estate services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
Explain company services and real estate project details.
Maintain call records and update client information in the database.
Follow up on leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Handle basic customer queries and route calls when needed.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support (real estate experience preferred).
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus.
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
