Telecalling Executive

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of proven experience in outbound calling, lead generation, and customer interaction. The candidate must be proactive, persuasive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads from the provided database. Explain the products/services and generate interest among potential customers. Follow up on leads regularly to ensure effective conversion. Handle inbound queries courteously and provide the necessary information. Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and outcomes in CRM or designated system. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as defined by the management. Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to strategize and improve conversion rates. Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and follow-up. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotional offers, and competitor activities.
