Lead Generation and Outreach: Making Outbound Calls: This is a primary function, involving reaching out to potential students (leads) who have shown some interest (e.g., through website inquiries, marketing campaigns, events) or even cold calling to introduce educational programs. Explaining Programs and Services: Clearly and comprehensively detailing various courses, admission processes, eligibility criteria, fees, facilities, and career prospects offered by the institute. Answering Inquiries: Addressing all questions and concerns from prospective students and their parents/guardians about the institute, programs, and application procedures. Following Up on Leads: Consistently contacting interested leads to nurture their interest, provide additional information, and encourage them to take the next step (e.g., schedule a visit, fill an application). Generating New Leads: Identifying potential new leads through conversations and gathering relevant contact information.
