Location: RR Nagar, Bangalore
Work Timing: Full-time (Day Shift)
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)

Languages Required: Hindi (mandatory), Kannada is a plus

Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers who are fluent in Hindi to join our growing team. The role involves handling outbound calls, engaging with customers, sharing product details, and assisting the sales team with lead follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain products clearly and build interest
• Follow up on leads and maintain call records
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures
• Maintain a positive attitude with customers

Requirements:

• Proficient in Hindi (mandatory)
• Good communication and listening skills
• Basic understanding of sales or customer service
• Confident, polite, and self-motivated
