Telecaller - US Operations (Night Shift)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Telecaller to join our US Operations team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in telecalling. Beyond traditional telecalling, this role requires proficiency in social media platforms and good graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) to support our outreach and lead generation efforts, specifically by creating compelling seasonal, social media, and Google ad creatives.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers in the US market during night shift hours.
• Present company products or services and answer questions about them.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Utilize social media platforms for lead generation, research, and engagement to identify potential prospects.
• Design and create seasonal, social media ad creatives, and Google ad creatives using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide initial support or direct them to the appropriate department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
