TELECALLER

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will involve engaging with potential customers to provide information about the company's products and services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers are well-informed about the brand and its offerings, guiding them through the sales process effectively. Moreover, you will also interact with existing customers to gather feedback on the company's products or services, which will then be communicated to the relevant departments for enhancing the overall user experience. Your duties as a Telecaller will include: - Communicating with customers through various channels like live chat, emails, social media, and direct calls - Adapting sales pitches based on customer requirements - Building and maintaining databases of customer contact information - Offering recommendations based on customer needs - Facilitating seamless customer interactions by directing potential opportunities to the appropriate departments for further follow-up. This is a full-time position with day shift scheduling and the opportunity for a yearly bonus. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and preferably one year of experience in technical support, tele sales, or a similar role. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred for effective communication. The work location for this role is in person.,
