Telesales Executive (Sales Associate)
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
● Conduct outbound calls to clients to promote our products and services.● Identify and qualify sales leads through strategic prospecting efforts.● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.● Provide product information, pricing, and support to clients as needed.● Follow up on clients on timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.● Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and marketdevelopments.● Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills andproduct knowledge.
