The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, providing information about our products or services, and generating leads or setting appointments. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Make outbound calls to potential customers. ✔ Explain products or services clearly and persuasively. ✔ Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM. ✔ Follow up with interested customers and handle inquiries. ✔ Provide excellent customer service to existing clients if needed.
