Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and dynamic Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn details about our product and service offerings
  • Address any questions or issues customers may have
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and and need
  • Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities
  • Keep an updated customer database.
  • Experience with cold calling and scheduling client meetings.
  • Knowledge of IT service offerings and digital marketing trends.
  • Professional attire and demeanor.
  • Lead Generation: Number of leads sourced and qualified.
  • Timely Reporting: Accuracy and submission of sales reports.
  • Education: MBA/PGDM/BTech/Graduate in a relevant fiel
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
