Answering calls professionally and providing information or resolving queries. Making outbound calls to prospective customers or clients. Maintaining and updating customer databases (CRM systems). Recording details of inquiries, complaints, or feedback. Following communication scripts and company guidelines. Outbound Telecalling Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services. Generating leads and following up to convert them into sales. Explaining product features and benefits clearly. Persuading customers to purchase or take desired action. Achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager. Inbound Telecalling Handling incoming customer calls regarding inquiries, orders, support, or complaints. Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools. Resolving customer issues efficiently and escalating unresolved issues if needed. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile
