Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Position: Tekla - PEB Jr. Modeler/Autocad -Detailer/ Modeler/ Sr. Modeler/ Checker

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2 to 10 years

Tasks & Competencies for PEMB Tekla - Modeler :

JOB Study:

Complete study on customer received documents (Str. & Arch drawings/PO/Scope sheet/Addendums/change orders etc.).
Discuss with team on critical areas on current projects.
Rise preliminary Queries if found any at kick-off meet.
Ensure all the ISO procedures followed before starting new project.

Modelling:

Start Tekla model.
Member clash check and Bolt check after finish modeling.
Coordination with both Steel & Cladding teams on their modeling.
Daily review on modeling completion.
Model check before starting Approval drawings generation.
Approval drawings checking.

Detailing:

Final model check before shop drawings generation.
RFIs review if found any on final model check.
Shop drawings & shippers checking.
Cladding detailing drawings & shippers checking.
Coordination with team on PDR checking.

Competencies:

Civil/Mech. Engineering Graduation.
2 to 10 years of experience on PEMB projects Tekla modeling.
Complete knowledge on Tekla Tool.
Tekla Templates creation.
Complete grip on Auto CAD tool.
Comprehensive knowledge in MBS software.
Knowledge Cladding (sheeting).
Complete knowledge on SSR panel detailing standards.
Command on AISC standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at a time.
Good coordination skills required to handle diverse and multiple modelers.
Should have handled complex projects independently.
