Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the SAP Basis team in the design, deployment, and administration of the S/4HANA landscape (on-premises/cloud/hybrid)- Oversee system installation, configuration, upgrades, and migrations to S/4HANA- Ensure system stability, high availability, and performance tuning across SAP landscapes- Manage SAP integrations, transport management, and Solution Manager (SolMan) operations- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Work closely with functional, development, and infrastructure teams to support project deliverables- Oversee cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare in collaboration with functional and technical teams- Work with SAP, cloud providers, and vendors to resolve issues and optimize system performance Professional & Technical
Skills:

- Prior experience of SAP program management experience, with S/4HANA implementations- Familiarity with SAP RISE- Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles- Experience in implementing and maintaining SAP systems- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
