Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You will engage in discussions to ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and apply them effectively to enhance the architecture you are responsible for. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can improve system performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.- Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and architectures.- Ability to design and implement scalable and robust solutions. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
