About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will specialize in recruiting for software development companies, with a strong focus on staff augmentation and contract hiring. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier tech talent for roles across IT services, SaaS, and software development. Qualifications & Skills Must-Have: 3-4 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in staff augmentation or IT services. Proven track record of hiring for software development roles (Java, Python, .NET, React, DevOps, etc.). Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS). Strong understanding of technical terminologies and SDLC. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good-to-Have: Experience working with global clients or distributed teams. Certifications like AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Expert, or HR analytics. Knowledge of visa/sponsorship processes (e.g., H1B, OPT). Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (e.g., Full-Stack Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA Testers, Cloud Architects, etc.). Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staff augmentation needs and define job requirements. Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche job boards. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments/coding tests. Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs. Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to optimize recruitment processes and reduce time-to-hire. Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging tech skills. Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate) and provide regular reports.
