Key Responsibilities:
β Carry out regular servicing and inspection of buses (cooling, air, hydraulic, lubrication systems).β Perform diagnostics and field troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical failures.β Log field issues and vehicle data for further analysis (CAN logs, BMS readouts).β Implement firmware and hardware upgrades on buses as directed.β Maintain SOPs for the servicing of the vehicles.β Maintain TAT for resolving the repair/maintenance/breakdown.β Collaborate with depot and OEM support for issue resolution and part replacements.
Must-Have Qualifications:
β ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering.β 1β3 years of hands-on servicing experience in electric or diesel buses.β Comfortable with heavy vehicle systems and field servicing.β Understanding of vehicle electronics, CAN tools, or diagnostics is preferred.β Willing to travel and flexible with shifts.
