A Technical Writer will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation for all the internal processes and the product. This role will require expertise in Independently handling and delivering detailed documentation projects. You will work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, presales and marketing teams to deliver high quality content. Responsibilities: - Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides - Determine the type of publication that will best serve the project requirements; adjust the tone and technical terms used to meet the needs based on the audience and to ensure understanding - Working with internal teams on product and documentation requirements; to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements - Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications - Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities - Create and maintain the information architecture - Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals - Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test scripts - Manage updates and revisions to technical literature Required Skills - Proven working experience of at least 5 years in technical writing of software documentation - Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail - Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development - Good understanding of content management systems - Experience in Technical Writing about enterprise software or similar applications, API documentation, content planning, content creation and content review - Excellent written and grammatical skills in English - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
