Technical Team Lead - DotNet We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with strong hands-on experience in Azure Functions , Azure Services , Service Bus , and Microservices architecture . The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in C# and .NET Core , and a solid understanding of designing and building scalable cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend applications using .NET Core and C# . Build and deploy Azure Functions , App Services , API Management , and other Azure components. Design and implement Microservices-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration and scalability. Develop message-driven systems using Azure Service Bus and other messaging services. Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and product teams to design cloud-native solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code adhering to industry standards and best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies. Required Skills: 8+ years of professional experience in .NET development . Strong hands-on expertise in C# , .NET Core , and Web APIs . Proficient in Azure Functions , Azure Service Bus , App Services , Storage Accounts , and other Azure PaaS components. Solid experience with Microservices architecture , containerization, and RESTful API design. Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.). Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases. Good understanding of application performance tuning and optimization in a cloud environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Azure API Management , Key Vault , and Application Insights . Familiarity with Docker , Kubernetes , or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) . Knowledge of event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging patterns . Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-204, AZ-400) are a plus.
