Job Description

Build strong relationships with internal stake holders and hiring managers to understand their business goals and hiring needs. Regularly communicate with hiring managers to provide updates on the mandate closures and adjust strategies as necessary. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a high-quality talent pool. Strong experience with recruitment life cycle, from requisition to offer acceptance. Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and facilitate the decision-making process. Experience on Vendor management skill is an added advantage Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for future client needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the performance
