About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and shortlist technical candidates for various roles (primarily Engineering, Product, Data, etc.) 2. Conduct initial screening calls to assess fitment and interest 3. Effectively use job portals (Naukri), LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to identify relevant profiles 4. Engage with candidates throughout the hiring journey to ensure a seamless experience 5. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client hiring needs 6. Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to understand role requirements 7. Manage and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases

6. Comfortable working remotely with a high level of ownership
