Technical Project Manager

As an experienced technical program manager at Cyient, you will lead the creation, development, and delivery of innovative Telecom Network solutions. Your role involves designing and communicating end-to-end network solutions to customers in collaboration with internal sales and delivery teams. You must demonstrate strong technical program management skills, exceptional leadership abilities, and a background in telecommunication business development. Your responsibilities will include overseeing multiple customer programs as a technical project manager, managing customer deliveries in coordination with onshore and offshore technical and delivery teams, and developing proactive business proposals to influence sales. You will be tasked with conceptualizing, designing, and developing technological solutions for customers at a regional level while aligning your vision with the global strategy group. Additionally, you will lead solution presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers, ensuring the overall success of network infrastructure programs. For this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication or Computer Science with over 15 years of experience in the Telecom Industry. Your expertise should encompass Routing & Switching, Commissioning & Decommissioning of networks, OSS Architecture & Products, Wireless transport networks, Wireline transport network, OTN, D/C-WDM devices, 5G & Private Network knowledge, and open APIs support. Proficiency in the Architecture and Design of various Telecom Network Solutions is essential, along with experience in leading Consulting Systems/Solution integration business processes. A strong grasp of business and telecom methodologies and frameworks, such as TM Forum Framework & eTOM, Agile / SAFe, DevOps, CI/CD, is required for this role.,
