As a candidate for the position, you should have a minimum of 6+ years of strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, ReactJS, Hibernate, JSON, REST, Linux/Unix. It is essential to be familiar with build tools and delivery management tools such as Confluence, Git, Gitlab pipelines, Maven/Gradle. Knowledge of Actimize, Azure Cloud, Workflow engines like KAFKA would be an added advantage. Your responsibilities will include understanding how to develop highly scalable applications using server-side technologies and following a standard application delivery framework. You should also be comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. A university degree in Information Technology with a major in Computer Science or equivalent field is required. The performance parameters for this role will be measured based on the number of cases resolved per day, compliance with process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, customer feedback, NSAT/ESAT, productivity, efficiency, and absenteeism. Capability development will be assessed based on triages completed and technical test performance. The mandatory skills for this position include Fullstack Java Enterprise, and we are looking for candidates with 5-8 years of experience in the field.
