Job Description

As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers across frontend and backend technologies including React, Node.js, and C#. You will architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of code quality and timely delivery aligning with business goals. Your expertise in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices will be crucial in promoting faster delivery and optimization of existing code for speed and scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of developers across frontend and backend technologies. - Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and C#. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, QA, and DevOps. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and promote DevOps practices for faster delivery. - Ensure high standards of code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and automation. - Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize existing code for speed and scalability. - Work on both greenfield and existing projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. - Drive engineering best practices including Agile methodologies, TDD, and code documentation. - Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical leadership across multiple projects. Required Skills: - Strong hands-on experience in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+). - Proficient in Node.js and C# (.NET Core) for backend development. - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration patterns. - Experience working with databases like SQL Server, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL. - Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc. - Hands-on knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code). - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Certifications in Azure/AWS/DevOps (preferred but not mandatory).,
