Description
As a Technical Lead in Mirth Development at CitiusTech, you will be an integral part of an Agile team dedicated to designing and constructing healthcare applications while implementing new features that adhere to the highest coding development standards. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and providing support for HL7-based integration workflows, specifically focusing on ORU message construction derived from metadata and document sources. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with clinical and technical teams to define and execute integration solutions, engage in discussions with clients and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and optimize integration strategies, and ensure strict compliance with IHE profiles and scheduled workflow protocols such as HL7 and DICOM. In this role, you will be expected to work autonomously to resolve technical issues efficiently without external escalations. Your ability to take ownership, drive solutions, and contribute value independently without relying on escalation paths will be crucial to your success in this position. The ideal candidate for this role should possess 7 to 8 years of relevant experience and hold an Engineering Degree in BE, ME, BTech, MTech, BSc, or MSc. Mandatory technical skills required for this position include expertise in Mirth, IHE, DICOM, and HL7.
