Technical Lead Laravel, ReactJS & AI Integration

As a Software Development Lead for our platform, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end software development process, focusing on both backend (Laravel) and frontend (ReactJS) aspects. You will be tasked with architecting, reviewing, and optimizing codebases to ensure best practices in performance, maintainability, and scalability. Additionally, you will play a key role in integrating Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, LLMs, and recommendation systems into our product roadmap. Your role will also involve guiding the implementation of AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot and ensuring the effective use of MLOps pipelines. You will be responsible for overseeing CI/CD processes using tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins while maintaining clean DevOps hygiene. Leading data pipeline development, including vectorization, use of VectorDB, and AI model integration, will be part of your responsibilities. As a mentor to junior developers, you will review their code and help foster a culture of quality, learning, and innovation within the team. You will conduct feasibility and architectural evaluations for integrating cutting-edge technologies such as RAG, vector databases, or MCP protocols. Collaboration with product and design teams to translate ideas into efficient tech solutions will also be a crucial aspect of your role. In terms of required skills, you should have proven experience in Laravel (PHP) and ReactJS, along with solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure, especially AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.). A strong understanding of AI/ML integration, hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, familiarity with scraping tools, and experience with CI/CD pipelines are essential. Exposure to vector databases, software architectural principles, testing frameworks, and secure coding practices is also required. Nice-to-have skills include experience with MCP protocols, RAG architecture, or LLM fine-tuning, previous work on AI chatbots or recommendation systems, familiarity with Python for backend AI workflows, experience with scraping tools like Scrapy, and knowledge of Nginx configuration and proxy management.
