Role Summary : We are looking for a UI Lead who is highly skilled, self-driven, and capable of leading frontend development activities independently. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in React.js and Next.js , be hands-on with advanced concepts, and be capable of taking ownership of projects from design to deployment . The role demands a tech-savvy leader who can manage a team, coordinate across functions, and deliver high-quality, scalable web applications in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :

Lead the development of responsive, scalable, and high-performing web interfaces using React.js and Next.js .
Understand project requirements and independently translate them into wireframes, design intuitive UI screens, develop and test robust frontend applications, manage CI/CD pipelines, and deploy to production environments with full ownership.
Integrate third-party services, REST APIs, and handle OIDC authentication flows when required.
Utilize Next.js features such as SSR, SSG, and API routes for performance optimization.
Own and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments using Docker and Kubernetes .
Guide and mentor a team of frontend developers, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices via regular code reviews.
Collaborate closely with backend engineers, DevOps, and product managers.
Identify and resolve UI/UX issues, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
Stay updated with emerging trends in frontend technologies and suggest improvements to the current tech stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor s degree in computer science , Engineering, or equivalent.
8+ years of hands-on frontend development experience .
Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js (including advanced concepts like dynamic routing, custom hooks, server components, multi-tenancy, etc.).
Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Excellent understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility , and accessibility standards .
Familiarity with component-driven development , design systems, and UI/UX collaboration tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows.
Solid grasp of integrating REST APIs and third-party services .
Good understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines , Jenkins , GitHub Actions , or similar tools.
Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes for application packaging and deployment.
Experience with OIDC flows and integrating with identity providers (e.g., Keycloak, Azure AD).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to demo work and present to stakeholders.

Good to Have :

Experience working with Redux , Angular , or other state management libraries.
Exposure to frontend testing tools and static code analysis.

Additional Expectations :

Should be self-sufficient and take complete ownership of frontend work.
Ability to lead a team , delegate tasks, and ensure timely and quality delivery .
Willingness to work flexible hours to align with global teams or client needs.
